From $39,995 · up to 281 mi range · SUV · seats 5
The Trailseeker is the EV Subaru buyers actually asked for: a taller, longer wagon-style SUV with standard all-wheel drive, 375 horsepower, a 4.4-second 0-60, 3,500 pounds of towing and up to 281 miles of EPA range. It shares its bones with the Toyota bZ Woodland, charges at up to 150 kW through a native NACS port, and starts at $39,995. Subaru sold about 3,200 in Q3 2026, so dealers have them.
Charging a typical new EV (30 kWh per 100 miles) at home costs about $55 per 1,000 miles at the national average rate, from $38 in Louisiana to $144 in Hawaii (EIA, July 2026). See your state's EV vs gas numbers or run your own.
