The EV3 is the small, affordable electric SUV Kia already sold overseas, and it went on sale in the US in August 2026 as a 2027 model. It starts at $29,890 plus destination with a 58.3 kWh battery and 221 miles of EPA-estimated range; the bigger 81.4 kWh battery stretches that to 321 miles, and all-wheel drive is available. It borrows the styling language of the bigger EV9, charges through a native NACS port, and undercuts almost everything on this list.
