The EV3 is the small, affordable electric SUV Kia already sells overseas, and it's finally coming to the US around late 2026 (as a 2027 model). Kia hasn't published official US pricing yet, but it's expected to start near $36k, with an estimated 220-320 miles of range depending on battery. It borrows the styling language of the bigger EV9 and undercuts almost everything on this list. The figures here are preliminary until Kia confirms the US version.
